SHIPPING INFORMATION:

• Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees.
• International buyers are responsible for any fees related to shipping there.
• We DO NOT ship winning items as gifts!
• All winning items over 50 lbs. will need to be shipped via motor freight due to possible damages with UPS with the exception of Barebones.
• We charge a fixed shipping + handling  rate for most (Ebay) packages in the Continental United States 
• 1-3 lbs is $8.50
• 4-10 lbs. is $10.50 
• 11-20 lbs. is $17.00
• Anything over 20 lbs. we will quote you a rate based on your shipping address. 
• All International packages will be at least the fixed shipping rates, based on the weight of the item. If shipping costs exceed the fixed shipping rate, we will quote you that amount.
• Please understand, there is a small handling fee involved for each item we sell. We are not selling items that typically come in a box, therefore, we must buy all of our shipping materials, the handling fee covers the cost of shipping materials to insure your items are properly protected when being shipped.
• Please note: Due to the number of incorrect addresses we receive we will need to forward any fees due to customer error.
  (UPS charges us $5.00 for address corrections) So please be accurate in giving us your address. Even one digit or letter different will cause a charge. Thanks!
• IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO OUR SHIPPING RATES, PLEASE DO NOT BID ON OUR ITEMS. 

OTHER INFORMATION:

• If you choose to pay by check, we must wait seven days for your check to clear before shipping. Maine-cyber-auction is a part of Crow International, Inc. Please make checks payable to Crow International.
• If you choose to use Paypal or Billpoint, please use the email address, mainecyberauction@escrap.com
• If paying by credit card, we must ship to the address your credit card bills to.
• If the item is being paid for by credit card and you are an international customer, You must use Paypal or Billpoint.
• We do not ship multiple auction items together unless they are sold that way, or arrangements made IN ADVANCE, as we pack items before the auction ends, so we can ship rapidly. Unpacking and repacking takes time and $.
• All sales are final UNLESS the item is received DOA or NOT as represented on the auction. Then, we reserve the right to fix, replace or provide a refund for the item. In the event there is a problem, the item must be returned (in the original packaging) before we can determine how to proceed with correcting the problem. 
• Please note: We understand there are sometimes issues with items that need to be addresses. Although we state we will only replace DOA, if you have a serious problem please let us know, we will work with you the best we can based on your situation. 
• Customers have 5 days from receipt of item to inform us if the item they purchased has ANY problems that we will need to address.
• If a refund is necessary, return shipping shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer until we are able to look at the item and determine if it is actually DOA. In the event it is in fact DOA, we will refund the return shipping cost.
